A-1 Pest Control

Going to try and just layout the events and facts. This all started in March when I contacted A1 to get my newly purcahsed home sprayed for bugs. They came and looked around for activity and to give an assessment. The first time they arrived to spray, the employee noted that a bat left an eaves grating area on my garage and I should have that looked into. Bought a home that needed pest control. The first appointment, the technician was 2 hours late which was inconvenient and caused me to be late to work. My husband tried to call back and schedule a 2nd appointment and was told both times we would receive a call back w/ an appointment. Couldn't get them to promptly address the issue when I called them months ago and kept getting excuses and the run around, however after I got fed up and called up to cancel on 1/28/22, I promptly received a bill and a phone call on 2/1/22 from a Technician saying he was coming to my home. Good thing I kept all my information so I can adequately dispute this with the credit card company. Very shady business! They don't mind charging you one bit for the winter months they don't show up though. Th
