The Office staff was great and got Jason and I in touch he was at my house the same day. Handled my pest problem as I had guests. He set me up with a program and took the time t o Explain it to me in detail, all after he handled my situation and vacuumed up my pest problem, going way beyond the scope of his job. I had no idea how much was involved after bed bugs were discovered in a rental. Jarred worked for 8 straight hours without stopping to eradicate them the day after I called! Very polite and respectful and understood the trauma of it all, on a Sunday !!! Company was east to communicate with as well… Excellent company! Adding…David the inspector that came 72 hours after the treatment was so thorough and calm. I was still extremely traumatized and he meticulously explained everything and went through all of what was left in the rental taking his time and teaching me preventative methods. This company has top notch service and the employees are outstanding!
