Sentry management was very responsive and able to immediately help me address a sudden pest issue. The service employee was an absolute gem. He was timely, professional, compassionate, and knowledgable. Additionally, the service they provided seems to have worked, which has improved the situation 100%.The online pay portal is a plus for me too. Thanks a million, Sentry!

Had a terrible roach infestation. Sentry quickly got rid of the nasty things. Now I have a quarterly plan with them, and my house remains insect-free. Recommended!

Excellent customer service experience. The team worked with me to move up an appointment for me without complaint. The technician (Mr. Ray) showed up on time, listened to my concerns and what I had experienced on the property and provide a solution plan that has been effective and efficient. Technician doesn’t show yet still sends you a bill. You tell them the technician never showed yet they still send the bill 3 months later. Not a good way to do business.
