Easy to work with and up front about everything they find. They came out, took pictures and showed us what needed to be repaired. Once the estimate was approved they were there the next day to get the racoons and showed us the images from their game cam that the eviction process worked. The damage was fixed and again pictures provided of their work once it was complete.

Mr. Shadel, the owner, did a thorough inspection and gave a full report with pictures. Since there did not appear to be an actual mouse infestation, just an occasional 'visit', he suggested several things for me to do to prevent future visits. There was no hard sell for a treatment plan which happens so often with other services. I am very glad to have met and utilized Animals Be Gone.

I called these guys after not receiving any help from the state wildlife agency for a fox killing my chickens. I had lost two already and the fox tried for a third but I scared it off. I set up on its den for two days but did not see it. The owner arrived the next morning and set leg hold traps. He took time to show me what, why and how he was doing what he was doing. I found it very interesting and informative. He said he couldn’t guarantee when he would catch the fox. The next morning he had trapped two foxes. I couldn’t believe it and didn’t expect it to be so soon. If I have another pest problem I will definitely call these guys.

This business in now managed by Conrad Shadel. We had noises in the attic that sounded like squirrels or possibly something larger. Conrad's inspection was thorough. He crawled to parts of the attic that were almost inaccessible and concluded that if animals had briefly entered inside, there was no established population. He gave thoughtful reasons why he came to that conclusion. (The competition looked from a distance and concluded there must be something there that we could pay to have removed.) The cost of Conrad's travel and extensive inspection I thought was really modest. Last summer we had yellow jackets in the wall of our house and I tried several times and failed to get rid of them. I called him and he suggested an approach that worked right away. I think he is outstanding because he gathers a lot of information and is able to use considerable analytic skill in coming to a conclusion. Plus he is experienced and knowledgeable. Despite this he is not puffed up and is easy to work with.

Really appreciated them coming out the same day to remove a dead deer from our property and cleaning up the area. Thank you

Terry was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable about bats, professional, thorough, and kind to the animal. Animal control gave a very half-hearted effort and left. If there's a "next time" we will just call Animals Be Gone right away.

Excellent service and courteous servicemen. Initial inspection was thorough last week and today got it all taken care of. Had bats in the attic eaves that had been there for some time meaning lots of bat poop too. All gone! They even safely and humanely removed the one bat still hanging out today. Yes it's a pricey process but price was inline with what neighbors paid elsewhere. I would absolutely recommend them.

Great company fast and courteous and did an excellent job

I called for an appointment and in less than 24 hours called to cancel the appointment (job was scheduled the following week). When I identified myself and location, explaining I needed to cancel, the guy hung up on me! My wife was feet away and could even hear the phone click. I imediately called back and asked if we had been disconnected. His response, "...well probably" and blamed it on poor cell service. He then assumed I was taking my business elsewhere and said in a very sarcastic tone "you can call terminex, you can call these people or those people, but in the end you'll circle right back to me." No thanks, I simply wanted to cancel the appointment. If the work performed is anything like the phone scheduling and inability to converse like an adult, I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Potential customers beware.
