We had Mr. St. Peter come to our house right after our "crawlspace encapsulation" guy left. Crawlspace guy had to replace our very expensive dehumidifier unit. Crawlspace Guy told us "it was bad" underneath our house but assured us the new dehumidifier would dry up the wet wood. He didn't know Mr. St. Peter was scheduled to do our termite inspection right after he left. Mr. St. Peter showed us video evidence of the absolute swamp that was left under our house.
