I'm very happy with the service and will be calling them again for any future pest control needs. They came out and took care of a yellow jacket nest for me. The communication was great throughout, they came out quickly, took care of everything, and they warranty their work. I'd recommend them for sure.

As homeowners of a century-old house for the past 11 years, we have interacted with our fair share of contractors and vendors, including a number of pest control providers. We recently came up against an extremely challenging, massive red imported fire ant (RIFA) infestation. While contractors can so often be formulaic or canned in their approach with customers, salesy and slick, or condescending, I immediately knew that Steve was different. He thoughtfully and patiently listened to my concerns, understood that the safety and health of our dogs is the top priority, and explained his approach in a straightforward and honest manner that put me at ease. So far, I have enjoyed my experience with him. He completed the initial round of treatment today, deciding to walk the whole property (a twelve acre perimeter) twice—once for a round of controlled-substance liquid treatment and once for the granules. He decided against using his machine because he felt he could spot the ant mounds more effectively on foot. He has a lot of experience treating fire ants in the area and his insight into the problem gives me hope about an issue that feels overwhelming and upsetting. I will post an update on how the treatment went in about a month, but for now am feeling confident. Thank you, Steve!
