Review: (5 Stars) We don't live in our Trillium property year-round; consequently, Pisgah Pest Control services are very important to us... and we appreciate the high-quality services Pisgah technicians provide. They are top-rate.

Morgan is the best technician we have ever had. He does quality work. He is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

When I called in with urgency, Jessica started with questions. Unlike other companies that wanted to schedule days in advance and had no desire to talk to me about the situation. She asked that I send pics. Within 5 minutes (still on phone) the issue pest was identified and troubleshooting began, with her talking me through everything. 15 minutes later the cause was confirmed, and remediation plan set, with Pisgah just a call away if needed. After hanging up I got to work and in under an hour the issue was fully remediated without needing a service call. This is a local company, doing it right!

Liz consistently provides outstanding service at our property. She is extremely thorough and gets to the source of any pest issue. Nothing phases her and she always goes the extra mile every time. Thank you Liz!!!

Morgan was very knowledgeable and informative providing many details not only on the rodent problem, but on other pests common to our area. He educated me in areas of pest control which will undoubtedly help avoid the potential for serious problems that could develop when left unattended. I have dealt with Pisgah Pest Control for over 10 years. Very satisfied with quarterly pest inspections. Inspectors are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and respond to customer requests. Recently added termite control to my contract. Again inspector and office staff were knowledgeable and spent lots of time explaining the termite control process and answered many questions. Installed termite bait stations and provided a map of station locations.

Jessica has been very kind, considerate and sensitive to my needs. They are not able to serve me for a couple of weeks. Jessica is a real asset to Pisgah Pest control! Thank you!

I was home and technician never let me know he was here. Didn’t see him come down my driveway and never checked the basement. I have 2 dogs that would have barked if he was here. After speaking with the office technician realized he went to the wrong house. A phone call and an arrival time may have solved this problem. Communication is always helpful!

These folks used to be good. No more. They change your appt. date when it suits them. They think you should wait from 8-5 to see their marginal tech. They do such a poor job now that I see spiders all over my house which I didn't in the past. They make you sign a year contract. And if you want to cancel for poor service, they charge you $114. So I have to pay to get rid of their poorly trained people who operate in a way that only benefits Pisgah. Moving to Gibson who still knows the meaning of customer service.

I tried to talk to the lady scheduler about my needs and she just spoke over me and didn't listen to a word I said where she left me no choice but to just hang up. Hendersonville Branch Sad as they may provide good treatments but they need a new person on the phone that could help educate and guide you into the right appointment to schedule. She wouldn't even listen to what my issue was that I needed addressed.
