Adam is always pleasant and does a great job

The service is very professional. They communicate very well with you. They always let you know prior to coming out that they’re coming out when they’re on the way. And they always give you suggestions if they say something that is causing a problem in your yard. Again very good overall Customer Service on all ends from the admin to the actual technician that comes out to your house.

Always responsive to questions.

We met Eric for the first time yesterday when he came to do our lawn service. He was very friendly and informative.

I've been using Freedom Lawns for 6 years in 2 different homes. First Chad and now Peter both are excellent personable technicians that take the time to explain what they are applying and why, and are always helpful when I ask questions.

Spring treatment , service fire ants and mole crickets. Unsure of the weed control application. Although in my opinion weeds need attention..

Pete usually comes when I’m not home, but when my wife or I are there he is thorough and efficient. Dollar weeds and other pesky weeds are under control. Bare spots are our biggest nemesis, but guess that’s on me.

Adam is friendly and personable. This is the first treatment and the lawn is in pretty bad shape, so I won't know for a while how well this program will work.

This is what you get from them. ,excuses …..There is no integrity with this company..These photos,video show the treatment before service,during and after treatment a week…you tell me,who caused it..They take no responsibility for their mistakes.

Only house on my block with yellow grass and the only house that used them. We all live on the same soil yet they say I have an issue with mine. No problems before other than weeds. I paid for green grass.

Super nice staff every time I talked to them. , gave me plenty of time and were professional when they came to evaluate my lawn. However…… been at the same house for 12 years and my lawn has never looked worse than it does now. I understand that the majority of my lawn was weeds but whatever freedom lawns applied killed all my weeds and started creating pretty bad erosion problems for me. Not all cases are like mine, I know. I have now come to the realization that weeds are what it’s going to be for me.

Have been using Freedom Lawn for almost 4 years. No problems at the beginning. Last few years lots of different types of weeds started showing up. Also about 1/4 of my lawn is no treated, as we put in a fence. Called to discuss my problems without a return call.

Be very cautious of this company. Did unscheduled and unnecessary treatments. Will never use them again!

I stopped by to inquire about the type of work they do and they are basically a maintenance only company they don't install Landscaping they just maintain already existing Landscaping

I unfortunately had to cancel this year because the technicians who were coming out were not treating my lawn properly. Whatever the first guy put down turned my lawn yellow. Then he quit or got fired and they next guy who came out said he wasn't going to fertilize until his next visit. He never explained why, but he only spot treated for weeds while still charging me the full price of treatment. That was in May. By the end of July, I had still not seen another person visit my property. Grass was a dull color, weeds beginning to get crazy. This angered and frustrated me, so I finally called and cancelled services. A month after cancelling, using store bought products, my lawn has greened up and the weeds that were beginning to take over are slowing dying off. I could tell the owner had a passion for his business and for lawn care... but you're only as good as the people who work for you, and unfortunately, they left a lot to be desired for.

Was recommended by my neighbor after he had used their service for almost two years and was having great results and was very excited to hopefully get the same results as well .. Owner came out and did the evaluation on our yard and told us our back yard was a disaster, full of crab grass and had a lot of filling in that needed to be done, however we knew ahead of time it was going to need a lot of work. He reassured us that within in the season we would see improvements. Our front yard was immaculate, very little problems and basically needing the basic weed control and federalizing done. Throughout the season we quickly noticed our front yard was becoming over populated with weeds (which we never had an issue with) and was not greening up. Several times we had to have the company come out between services and do extra weed control treatments to our front yard. As for our back, although I can say the grass did fill in very nicely, our crab grass was never taken care of like we were originally told. When we had this addressed we were told by the owner a different time this was not crab grass but yet a different kind of grass and for an additional fee we could have it taken care of, even though or originally evaluation paperwork showed we were told we had crabgrass only as a problem.

Do not trust this company, their billing system is messed up. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Everyone is nice and willing to take the time to talk about the services. However, I called back in 2016 to prepay for specific services with no initial intention to continue after. All that was discussed were the services being prepaid for. What they do not tell you is that they will continue service with only notifying you by mail on a notice that is disguised as an advertisement. Just got back from a field training exercise to find a $135 bill on my doorstep. Called them up and no help. Lesson learned, don't trust people who don't use contracts.
