Clegg’s Termite & Pest Control - Greenville

Made the problem worse and technician didn’t even last 5 minutes spraying around. Sadly can’t continue services

I had my front lawn torn up with moles. I tried everything, with no luck. Cleggs came out, after treatment, they were gone. They even protected the lawn from a future invasion. Everyone, Jonathan the tech, were so nice. I would recommend them, and certainly use them again.

Everyone we've had contact with at Cleggs has been professional, helpful and friendly. We started service in July and have had two treatments. Our technician has been very professional, shown respect and care for our home, and concentrated on the areas where we have had the biggest problems. I would definitely recommend Cleggs!

This company is great. The folks on the phone and the fellow who came to our home (and didn't complain when it was difficult to access the attic) provided excellent service. I had a problem of my own making, and Clegg's helped me out, anyway. I'm new to the area and was concerned about choosing the right company. Thanks to some friends and neighbors giving me this recommendation, I am very happy with my choice.

I had a sump pump installed several months ago and they claim it came with a warranty. I've tried to get someone to come out here and look at it after the storms as it appeared to not be working. I've called 4 times and nobody has come out.

Clegg's was quick to return my call and 15 minutes early the first day on the job. They were neat, very professional and cleaned up when finished. I will be putting them under contract for monthly checks.

I used Clegg's last year to rid my yard of moles. The moles returned this year so I contacted Clegg's. I continue to be impressed with Matt who helped me determine the treatment and Austin, who is treating the yard. They are both professional, courteous, and friendly during our interactions. The cost of the service is fair. 2025 update. The moles have again returned to my yard. I received the same professional service from Matt and the technician. There was a slight increase in the price but it was fair.

Hands down Eric is the best! Eric is kind and professional. I recommended the company to my family in Williamston because of how awesome Eric is. Eric has been with us for a couple years and we are so happy with Cleggs because of him.

They are to call and make appointment with me before coming for quarterly dehu check. For the last 9 months they just show up without setting an appointment with me for my schedule to accommodate. I have complained loudly each time to Greenville office. And it never improves. For years it worked perfectly. They'd Call me I would schedule for my convenience. Office can’t seem to get this accomplished even though it’s printed on every service ticket to make appointments with homeowner first Do not go without an appointment. Not happy will refuse service if this happens again for next quarterly inspection.

Came out and gave estimate, then 4 weeks later schedule appointment after promising timely service, then instead of calling just sent a random email again 4 weeks later, saying they would show up. Blamed it on new staff, not a great experience

Whoever the technician is will usually call one hour before they show up, never get advance notice so that I can unlock the gate to service the back yard. Therefore the bait stations in the backyard never get checked. I work over an hour away from home and obviously they can’t wait for me. The technician said that someone from the office would call to reschedule but it hasn’t happened.

Awful! We have requested they call and let us know they’re coming and they don’t do that. We now have them calling to say they’re changing their policy and going to come quarterly for a bait traps not only that, they leave no data as to the work they’ve done, and they don’t close the doors to go under the house so therefore rodents and snakes can get under there. Greenville service is horrible.

I was contacted about an inspection and the time was not right so I let them know and never heard a thing back. Then contacted customer service and was told someone would be getting back with me and no one did. After several months of not hearing anything I chose another business to perform the service. Several weeks after Cleggs called to tell me they were coming to do the inspection which was already done by someone else so I canceled it and will no longer be using Cleggs due to lack of communication.

Wish I could give a zero. $200 for a first spray and didn’t see a single bug that we are having issues with die not one. No big deal if they could have came back out with something else. Wont respray without a fee and won’t refund either. Keep your money or the someone else.

I will not be using your company in the future. I am totally disappointed with the appointment no show last week (June 20th, 2024), and I am disappointed with the way your technicians performance with treating my property when he did show up day before yesterday (June 27, 2024). Instead of repeating the entire pest treatment process, he spot treated random areas of my home. I even had to remind him of several areas that I thought needed to be treated. I have very little confidence in your company based on your recent performance.

Only thing I asked was for them to let me know a day ahead of time so I could be home from work when they arrived. Did not hear from them until they called to tell me they were on the way, told them to just cancel my service all together. If they couldn't handle a simple request, they certainly aren't worth the money. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I attempted to use Cleggs. They were late to my initial quote/inspection by a lot. During this inspection, I wasn't impressed by how the gentleman was. He seemed to be in a rush and ready to leave. Keeping in mind they were already late by more than 2 hours. I was given a date and time for my first treatment, and they never showed up. I never received a call telling me they were late or couldn't make it. I ended up telling them to cancel, and I wouldn't be using their service.
