TLDR: Agreed to pay more for a single visit cause they promised specialized inspection and treatment using ladders to thoroughly see the root cause of issue. I took the bait and on the day, they spent less than 5mins spraying from the ground and charged me 750. I had carpenter ants and other issues behind my gutters, on the estimate visit, the gentleman came and nicely explained to us how they see carpenter ants and potentially powder post beetles, and to really exterminate them they'd have to use ladders, get up close and inspect the issues and treat it at the source. I got other quotes as well where nobody could compare on this promise of getting up close and being thoroug, so I even agreed to this 750 one time fee. I shouldve known it was too good to be true. On the day, they arrived, spent five minutes assembling and disassembling the ladder, then five minutes walking around spraying the area behind the gutters from the ground, even spraying my windows and sidings with zero concern. When asked why they aren't doing what was discussed during the estimate visit, I was told that because the nozzle can reach from the ground they don't need to get up there and the activity can be seen from the ground anyways. I absolutely got bait and switched on a company offering thorough services and delivering less than general pest control for twice the general pest control prices. I fully understood and was okay with the price after the estimate visit for a company that promised to go the extra mile, inspect and treat thoroughly. But based on the actual service I got, I urge whoever gets this message to please justify how those five minutes were worth 750 dollars?

The service was top notch from the office manager/ scheduler to the technician. Both were incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. Cam, the technician was friendly, professional and completed the service in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend AAA Exterminating.

Bald faced hornet nest extraction. Also use them for Termites. Considerably less costly than I expected. For termites, their annual inspection cost is 40% less than what I paid the previous company back in 2018 and they contractually dont raise price over the 5 year post treatment period. Also hornet nest extraction precautionary procedures taken to prevent potential impact on edible fruit tree nearby. Awesome!!

AAA was quite responsive to all requests which were inspection and treatment related. No confusion and quick to react. It's too early to tell if treatment prevents, but if response time and action is any indication, I am confident in the results!
