Matthew is an outstanding human and he is patient and kind. He goes above and beyond his duties to look out for my dogs while in the home working. Very responsible and I trust him- which says alot about his character. Thompson has been our service for many years now because of the exceptional service ( one time at issue with rats and they were on it quickly and effectively) we have had no other issues and I see them that they look for wasp nests and they know our home and note anything that may be an issue and let us know. Thompson Brothers will always be our go to exterminating service. They do a great job with our extermination and always watching out for us.

I just want to share my POSITIVE experience with Thompson Brothers Exterminating. I was quoted for about 6,000 in services from someone who shall not be named in this review. I don’t feel it’s good to pump one business up and bash another within sentences of another. I feel like it takes away from the business that deserves the recognition in a way. Anyways, I ended up calling Thompson Brothers Exterminating And Waterproofing to try and get a second opinion (thanks to many suggesting them and my husband realizing they’re right down the road). I explained I was on an extreme time crunch and our full situation which, I am being a bit hush about for the moment as we try and make sure things are confirmed before announcing anything. Not only was Mike Greene out within HOURS. He informed me I didn’t NEED some of the treatments I was told I needed and the ones I did… it went from 2,900 to 1,550. 😱 😳 The other company hardcore tired to take advantage of us and it grossly shows. So yes… def check out Thompson Brothers Exterminating and Waterproofing. 👏 so thankful.

I live out of town, I called around looking for a pest company for my mom in Forest City. I contacted Thompson Brothers. Mike Greene came out and treated my moms house. He was respectful and gave her a price she could afford. He was awesome! Shout out to the ladies in the office when I called looking for a quote they were professional and was quick to get the appointment.

Want money for nothing. Still have bugs.
