Throughout the entire process, they were very attentive and considerate of my needs, even when I decided at the last moment to have Radon Testing done. As I’m preparing for this next chapter, I’m glad to have met such an experienced inspector and business professional. Thank you both!

We got our inspection done with them and it was one of the best experiences. The entire staff was very friendly and professional every step of the way. Not sure there are enough proper, wonderful, amazing words to describe the entire process with each individual we dealt with. The care and professionalism was outstanding. The time they took EACH moment I had a question, they responded. Never felt pressured or confused. A very open welcoming family owned and operated company..I would highly recommend and also use again. Comparable and competitive in pricing. Their help during the entire process hasn't ended. Their due diligence is outstanding. We were only given the option of one inspector and I'm glad I did my own due diligence. Somethings that were found came through in our report that we can handle, some the sellers should, the rest we will turn back to David and Company for help, advice and suggestions. Austin was great during the walkthrough, breaking down issues and explaining further steps that could/should be taken. Billie Jo was excellent, very fast and helpful with scheduling and answering any questions before and after the inspection. The prices are fair and they work with you through any issues that may arise throughout the process. Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Very happy with David Jones Home Services, I happily recommend them, and will be using them for additional services. I contacted David Jones Home Services for Pre-DW inspection for new construction in Wake County. Billie Jo was professional, friendly, and responsive. She told me about the process and answered all my questions. A few days later, David and his son performed the inspection and produced a detailed report the same day! Although I am familiar with basic home maintenance, David identified potential issues that I NEVER would have spotted. Very thankful. I will be using them again for the final inspection and radon test. I will update this review accordingly.

Billie Jo and David were extremely thorough, inspecting every aspect of our new house. They also did a good job of explaining each item in layman's terms and took extra time to show us every issue. The report they compiled was also very detailed and informative.

We used David Jones Homes Services for an inspection of an historic home in Clayton. It was a very thorough and detailed report that covered all the issues that we might encounter. We were under a tight timeline due to the due diligence aspect of the home purchase, and David was able to fit us in to get the report to us so we could proceed comfortably with closing.

David was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new home. We are purchasing a new construction and were honestly skeptical on whether the inspection was honestly even needed or not. We decided to er on side of caution and just be sure. He was very thorough and found things that honestly even if we were looking at would not have had the knowledge or experience to catch. David Jones came to my home for a Preventative Maintenance Inspection, aka PMI. They gave me a honey do list of things that need to be taken care of that I hadn't even thought about or don't have the knowledge to have seen on my own. I'm now able to fix these small problems before they become huge and expensive. I highly recommend them for their knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness.

David and his apprentice were very efficient, punctual, and friendly during our final new home inspection. I think they did a great job not only producing the expected report, but walking through the issues they found in person with my wife and I. I had some scheduling issues that were completely my builders fault, and David Jones had no problem rescheduling and did so without fuss. My wife and I are first time home buyers, and David took the time to explain the process more in depth with our final walkthrough and closing just around the corner. I truly feel like David is on our side, even years down the road if issues arise! I did a few quotes with different inspectors, and while David Jones wasn’t the absolute cheapest, his various positive reviews justified the relatively small price difference. Overall I would recommend David Jones to anyone looking for a reputable inspector local to the Raleigh area!
