We had a yellow jacket nest inside the siding of our home, and Blue Ridge Mountain Pest Control did an excellent job taking care of it. From start to finish, they were quick to respond, kind, professional, and thorough. They took the time to make sure the problem was handled properly and made the entire process easy for us. We truly cannot speak highly enough of this company. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the people in their community. If we ever need pest control services again, they will absolutely be our first call. Highly recommend!

I don’t write reviews, but I have to here because this is best company in Boone. No regrets. They will not try to pressure you or sneak in a recurring plan (although you certainly can go with one) and if you do… guarantee they will be responsive and take care of emergencies quickly, every time and with no surprise charges.

I got a response from them within a few hours, set up an appointment that day, they came out the next day and reassures us that we do not have termites. They sprayed for some nasty swarming bug that likes rotten wood. Price was very reasonable and we are good to go!! We are now replacing the rotten wood on the deck. Noah was outstanding. He arrived and promptly treated the very large wasp nest which immediately took away any danger or threat of the yellow jacket 🐝 bees. A couple days later, he arrived to remove the nest, which was very very high up in the peak of our 2 1/2 story building. He was courteous, polite, and very pleasant to work with. I am very satisfied with the work of Blue Ridge Mountain pest control.

Cannot say enough good things Blue Ridge Mountain Pest Control. Before it was time for our quarterly inspection, we noticed a wasp nest on our deck. I called the company and within hours somebody was out to remove it. Ownership and the people who work here clearly care about their customers - and they could not be any nicer! Highly recommend them.
