Horrible, called to make an inspection before to buy an house. Paid and after less than 6 months we had termites coming out from and inside wall. After many discussion they “offered “ to make the treatment at lower price . Now after a forgotten payment ( my fault i had a lot going on and I’m sorry about it )they took back the baits without advice. Called today and they wanted all the amount of the new year plus the $ 90 due with no payments this time. What to say .. i hope who read this will kno

Got a one time spray since we only saw a couple bugs. The exterminator told me my coupon was valid. Proceeded to charge my card without telling me it wasn’t valid. Then lied to me about it saying the original price was more than he previously told me. Called the office to let them know.. the lady told me I probably caught him off guard and acted like it was no big deal. WILL NEVER USE TERMINIX AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND AGAINST THEM. Bugs got worse and have stayed. NEVER AGAIN. Update: within 24

Absolutely wonderful company to work with. Thorough, patient with my questions, and explained everything. They sent me a list of chemicals being used in the treatment so I could do my own research. They are so friendly and always on time! They went above and beyond for my family and made sure we were free of any pests. If I need another exterminator for any reason, I will be contacting them again! I highly recommend using Joe and his family at Truley Nolan. They have the experience and knowledge
