How this business has a 4.9 rating is beyond me. I have been using their service for approaching 15 years and whatever has happened to this office in the last five is atrocious. Rotating staff, incompetent administration and a manager that has no clue. BEWARE - I paid in full all of my annual contracts assuming they had the intelligence to understand that in so doing I expected a year's worth of protection. Oh, no. Terminix was the worst service I think I've ever gotten bar none. The inspection was a guy standing in my driveway who refused to look at my home and stated that I should tell his bosses that he tried to sell me things. Then I had to schedule 3x and the guy didn't show up the first 2 times. The final time he actually come, but did not treat my yard and only left his card. Reported this to the office and they were supposed to get to the bottom of things and call back. It's been over a week, and

This email was sent 12/23/25 to Terminix Andrews NC. No response from them yet. Not really happy with Terminix at the moment. Austin arrived today sometime before 9am. No knock on the door. No call asking if he could come early, like really early. The inside was not treated. And the appointment was at 4pm. Got an email at 9:18 with an invoice attached. Not good customer service today.
