I’ve used Paragon Pest Solutions for over a year now. They’ve provided excellent customer service, answered any questions that I’ve had and have taken care of all of our pest control/prevention issues. Strongly recommend Paragon for anyone’s pest control needs!

Derek and John from Paragon are fantastic in every way possible. They accomplish all they promise and more. We had never used a pest control service until we contacted Derek from Paragon. He was there the next day and took care of our carpenter ant problem and we could not ask for more in terms of service and value!! They are so trustworthy and up front about everything and we truly appreciate that. We plan on being a long term customer and are thankful we found Paragon.

Derek was extremely professional and knowledgeable with the consultation he gave us about the Yellowjacket nest under the back door siding. If they return we'll definitely be calling Paragon to come handle the little buggers.

There's a reason Paragon has so many five stars reviews - they are an exceptional company with exceptional service. Derek and John were both very friendly and helpful. They came out twice in one day to take care of several wasp nests in my attic. I was so impressed with how thorough they were that I signed up for regular pest control with them even though I was originally planning on hiring them just for the wasps. The price was very reasonable!

Derek is the best. He knows what products to use and services that we need, and he is able to explain in depth what the products will do. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. He even lets Sophie, our puppy, trail after him while he was in the house!!
