I contacted Suburban Pest Control desperate for help to eliminate a rodent problem in December 2022. They determined the rodents point of entry and fixed the problem efficiently and professionally. I continue to have Suburban come to my home for checkups. They always arrive on time. Any questions or concerns you have will be answered and addressed. Every person I have spoken to and met from this company has been very nice, helpful, professional, and respectful. Please do not hesitate to call this company and set up an appointment if you need one. I am confident that you will be satisfied.

I am very impressed with their work. I actually required immediate help in my rental apartment and contracted other exterminator service, well, after 3 visits and still having mice in the house I decided to try Suburban, the initial call was already very professional, friendly and quick. Service person came in did a detailed inspection, closed holes potentially allowing these mice in, place safe traps and a week later came back, once again making sure every corner was inspected and traps placed. My tenant really liked the service.

Excellent service. The competing rollup couldn’t provide service even though I had been a customer for 30+years. Suburban was there the next day and was very thorough. Happy to find a new exterminating service that I can trust and rely on.

We’ve been using Suburban Pest for 10 years now and they’ve always delivered. Recently Mark has been helping w uninvited guests, he is professional and very knowledgeable explaining each step. Most important he’s kicking out the pests!

Nyeisha was so informative and friendly on the phone and eased my mind about my mouse problem. 2 days later Travon came to my house on time and was so awesome! He knew his stuff and pointed out the most likely source of how the mice were getting into my home. He spent quality time and I am happy I signed up for the monthly maintenance plan because they will come when I need them. They cover an array of critters. I haven’t seen a mouse in over a week. They came highly recommended and I see why!! 5 Stars!!!!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Horrible company! Put down poison and found out the warning label says all kinds of lethal and toxic warnings. They told me it's safe, and it's not! Avoid this company especially if you have children or pets. These poisons are banned by the EPA for consumer use for good reason, and many states have banned them entirely because they are so toxic to people, animals and the environment.

Hi Ashley,<br>We do not have you listed as a customer in our system. Our company only uses products registered by the EPA which are applied in a safe manor. We also put a tremendous emphasis on the safety of children and pets. <br>You have mistaken us for another company.
Been using this company for a few months up until the last two months they have become very spotty & irresponsible. The exterminator took cash from me (as usual) but this time didn’t report it back to the company and they have been trying to charge me that as an invoice. No matter how many times I have explained this to the office, they keep saying that it was not paid. After I told the exterminator about this, he has not been wanting to show up, and the company keeps lying for him saying he has been going. The last time I tried to schedule they cancelled on me 5 times and tried to say that they were at my location when he wasn’t (never showed up on camera or i my phone records) and I clearly had instructions stating to call me ahead of time. Instead of focusing on rescheduling me and helping me out, they were trying to prove otherwise that they were there, and even had a manager tried to cover for the same exterminator who doesn’t want to show up because he knows he stoled the money! They have become super UNRELIABLE & IRRESPONSIBLE! Not using this company no longer and I advise you that’s reading this to beware of the scamming exterminator thats stealing from the company. I will provide his name in an update soon!

Hi Anni/Janio,<br>Sorry for your poor experience as we could not accommodate your schedule for your Restaurant. We serviced you previously, but it didn’t work out, however you still called us back. You signed a monthly contract for service in November but only took service three times since then. As far as the invoice we have written it off and you will no longer receive a bill. You were scheduled for Thursday 7/13 but we had an issue, so we had to reschedule. We called and emailed to let you know we were coming on Friday 7/14. When the supervisor arrived no one was there, he called but it went to voice mail, so he moved on. I spoke to you on Wednesday and relayed this information, which you disputed. Its unfortunate that we could not accommodate your schedule. We wish you all the best in the future.<br><br>Suburban Pest Control <br>
Exterminators were courteous and responsive. We had some trouble with the main office making our wishes known. Eventually we were able to succeed. Of course we cannot know how successful the extermination of the rats has been but we have not seen any outdoors anymore.

the person who came was very nice and cordial but really didn't look around or inspect the whole house - came in for 5 minutes and told me I have ants which I knew. They charged 125.
Wilfredo provides our school with top service. He takes his job serious; he makes sure to ask if we have encounter any additional pest problems since his last visit. Wilfredo is pleasant and always on time. It's a pleasure having Wilfredo assigned to our school. Thanks Wilfredo for all that you do!

My building recently hired this company,and their services don't work. Whatever roach gel bait they use is ineffective.

My building management company contracts with Suburban Pest Control. Our building is having an issue with pest and they were scheduled to come and inspect my apartment twice already. Neither one of the times worked out. For the first appointment I was supposed to be available between 2pm-5pm. After speaking with the super we set an appointment for 3:30pm and although the super spoke to me and notified the company rep, as did my teenage daughter, that I was on my way, the rep left the building at 3:25pm, right before I got there. Second time was today. The management set up the appointment between 10am-12pm. I was home since 8am and no one showed up. The super could not reach the company rep and when management called the company's main office, we were told that the rep knocked on my door and since he has already let the building we would have to reschedule once again. If he knocked on my door, I would open it as I did when the super knocked on my door to find out if the rep has already inspected the apartment. Two days of lost work and no results. Since the building management has a contract with them, they cannot send another company, so it appears that they don't have to respect other's time and can lie that they have tried to do an inspection when in reality they did not. That type of work ethic and professionalism can only work when you got yourself a contract and know that the business will be there whether you treat the clients the right way or not. Two days lost from work - my management cares, my super cares, Suburban Pest Control does not appear to care.

Hi,<br><br>I am very sorry for your bad experience with our company. I know it can be extremely frustrating to take off work and wait home and not receive service. With that being said, I did research your situation and do see that our firm initially attempted to inspect your apartment on May 26th. However, as documented by our technician there were two occupants present that denied access. I think part of the problem is that we work through your management company versus dealing directly with you. In most cases my technicians confirm appointments 30 minutes before going however that was not done here. Our company has been in business since 1974 for a reason. "Trust and honesty". I do see that we eventually did get into your apartment after this review was written and everything went well. So Again, I Sincerely apologize for your initial impression of our company.
