Al from Bluesway Pest Control was great. They came one day after we called. He laid out traps and bait. He knew the best placement. He was done in 20-30 minutes. Explained everything very well. And literally 15 minutes after he left, a trap went off and we caught a mouse in the basement. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the re evaluation and update Hello Pest did with the apartment building. Not only did they provide excellent service for the cockroaches — they were able to help winterize and update my rat boxes. Pleased to say the traps are working and I haven’t seen a rat since! I'm not happy with the service from this company, I had them spray for ants, and wasps. The wasp problem according to them was an unknown . Google, low and behold solved that mystery and we were able to terminate the wasps ourselves.

Our tech Mike is very nice and knowledgeable. He assured us that our pest issue will be dealt with accordingly. We felt confident with that. Thank you!!! It's just that the call center had given us a wrong info with regards to what is included. I called the call center I believe 3x, all of them gave me the info that Exterior was included, and that a 2 massive trap will be place outside, but that was not the case. Mike said that's a different package. I know the company wants to lure more customers, however, as a paying customers we deserve the right info!!! We got the years package, and I asked them several times, if inside and outside is included. And the call center re assured me it is. Pls re inform your agents. This is part of good customer service.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AS YOUR EXTERMINATOR FOR YOUR HOME! We hired Bluesway to get rid of our mouse infestation due to construction being done around our home. After 2 treatments, and one month later, and a hefty bill. We still have mice!!!! Are you kidding me. They set up these glue traps around the house that I swear to you it hasn’t caught one mouse. They owner also has a nasty attitude, you can barely ask him any questions. Now I’m going to have to hire another exterminator to do the work that they failed to do. BEWARE OF BLUESWAY PEST CONTROL!!!

I’m not very happy with Bluesway. I just moved into a condo and noticed a roach problem. The supervisor (although a nice guy) came and all he did was spray the perimeter. I kept calling back to follow up and say they’re still nesting in my kitchen. They told me I need to keep waiting but regardless I’m going to always see stragglers since I live in an apartment building... Instead of coming back for a second visit, they insisted I set up preventative services. I called another company and they did way more than I asked! They used gel bait, traps, and sprayed within 2 visits. They even found exactly where they were nesting and vacuumed. They gave me a 30 day guarantee as well and now the bugs are finally gone. I would look elsewhere before trying Bluesway.

But, if you recall we did mention to you that it would take 7-10 days to show some results (you called us a few days after the treatment). Also, we treated the inside of your empty cabinets and drawers, not just the perimeter of the kitchen as you stated. As for you contacting us and "insisting" that we set up a preventive service, we apologize if there was misunderstanding. If a customer calls back, in most cases we will set up an additional application within a reasonable period of time at no charge. We do offer regularly scheduled services to customers, especially if the reside in a multi-family building. We do operate our business in a non-pressure manner and wish that we had been afforded the opportunity to satisfy your needs before having this negative review. We have been in business for over 30 years and take great pride in our customer satisfaction!
