I was stuck in Florida, called Bob to can cel and reschedule. On the reschedule date I had to take my dog to daycare and Bob adjusted his schedule to accommodate. Bob went over his work and replaced a bait box and added new bait. Fox performs high quality work and it has great value. Highest recommendation.

Max came to my house today. He came over and rang bell no prior notification given to me. He apologized he said i was just added today. He came over and gave me a time frame to wait of ten minutes to let my dog out to be safe I waited 2 hours. Looking at the notes on his service done it said to wait1 to 2 hours before I could let my dog out. Why did he say only 10 minutes. I already had 1 dog died of cancer last year don't want another die due to bad information. He also rang doorbell to let me know he was done.

We’re treating the property for ticks. I’ve called several times because we’re still seeing them on the dog coming into the house. They retreated the yard once after I called. Their satisfaction guarantee is a joke. They won’t retreat!! In fact, I got a call from Fox yesterday because of a negative comment I left after the last treatment. The representative on the phone scheduled a technician to come today to retreat. I just received a text that the appt was rescheduled until later in the month. Never again!! Don’t believe a word they say. It’s well deserved I update this review. Dakota Klock has treated the yard throughout the summer and has done a fabulous job!! He’s extremely contentious and thorough. He deserves to be recognized for the exceptional job he does. It’s difficult to change a bad experience to a good one but Dakota has succeeded, thank you so much.

I watched the technician. She only sprayed for mosquitoes. She did not apply granular product for flea and tick control as she claims she did. Please send her back out to complete the job. It’s definitely overpriced when technicians come out and do half of the service I paid for. Last time the technician only did granular and they had to send somebody out to spray for mosquitoes. This is getting old real quick.

I pay 65/mth for a quarterly service where the guy spends not even 15 minutes. Now I have spider webs all over my bushes and deck. they came back to supposedly clean them up. Again, he was there for 14 min and did not clean them up. I am over FOX. DO NOT use them. They are a fraud (in my opinion)

I’ve been a Fox Pest Control customer for over 5 years, with them coming out a few times a year as part of their regular service. Over time, they kept increasing the rates without much explanation. One of their selling points has always been that if issues come up in between scheduled visits, they’ll return at no extra cost. However, I recently had a recurring ground yellow jacket problem the same issue I dealt with last year and this time they told me it would be an additional charge. No support, no follow-up, just another bill. After years of loyalty, I expected better. There are definitely better options in the area that are more transparent and consistent with their service. Stay away.

Your worker did not phone before he came. When I saw him outside, I went out & said "you did not call before you came". He replied that he "texted that he was on his way". My phone number is a landline, which does not receive texts (duh). Wouldn't his text message be returned as un-sendable to a landline? Twenty-somethings should learn that not every person alive has a smart phone and wants to receive texts. When I told him I want to be called ahead of time so I can move my car out of the driveway, his reply was "that's ok". No, it's not ok! I do not have a garage and I do not want pest spray splashing or dripping on my car (duh)! Worker also left a Fox sign on my lawn, which I do not agree to free advertising for Fox (unless Fox pays me for advertising). Not happy with this worker at all. Send someone more professional next time or I will switch to Aption pest control.

Technician was non compliant . He did not spray the trees that I asked to be sprayed. He left me some bogus response about how Japanese Beatles multiply protecting our house. I have trees that are disintegrating from beetle activity, and he completely ignored them! I’m thinking about hiring a different company to protect my home from pests Because of this poor response to my instructions.

Lied about service provided. Made sure to come when noone was home and didn't do even a quarter of what they said they would. This was our initial treatment and tech was here for less than 15 minutes. Guess he didn't think I would check security cameras for quality of work. They also never showed at my neighbors after taking payment.

If you are looking quality pest control, this is not the company. Their initial work seemed promising, however the technicians sent out later on were severely disappointing. I feel as though I’ve been scammed for 2 years now. We were under the belief that the mouse issue we had in 2022 had been resolved that year and the monthly checks were keeping up service and care. This year we came across a mice issue again. We called about a possible dead mouse inside our basement. The tech who came identified droppings but did not set any traps or leave any baits in the basement. Come to find out, once we had another company come take care of the problem, the Fox tech also never found the huge mountain of mouse droppings that any professional looking for droppings would find. A called a week later because we then saw mouse droppings in the first floor of our house. We called Fox again and another tech came out. This tech didn’t even set one of the traps correctly and no bait was placed on it either. This tech also didn’t find the large pile of shrew droppings. That would have been found if a full inspection of the basement was done. We have had this service for 2 years now. Techs come out quarterly and I’ve had service calls before. The tech from a different company found multiple holes and openings surrounding our home, and evidence where mice could be coming in. Not once has a Fox tech brought any openings to our attention. All of these issues were found and addressed within 15 minutes of another exterminator being here. For these reasons and feeling as we were paying for inexperienced techs, we wanted to cancel our subscription. The service manager reassured me that I would not be charged again. However, I was just charged again for February. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a company as far as value of service and unkept promises, I’ve had none of my issues addressed. Edit, the money was refunded after I called today.. however ,it’s still the issue of me having to call and get a refund when I was told I wouldn’t be charged at all

I have been a customer for over a year. I scheduled Fox to come out and take care of some bees behind the shutters of my house. They damaged 4 of the shutters and are unwilling to pay for the damages they caused. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I would avoid this company like the plague, very poorly run and poor customer service.

An employee of this business parked in front of my home on a narrow, one-way street the afternoon of 12.20.21, blocking my driveway by 2+ feet and making it next to impossible to pull out my car from the drive. This happens often, so not surprising. What did irk and disgust me was his blatant ignorance and disrespect. I called to this man from my porch, addressing him as "sir" and after that didn't work changing to, "man at the pest control truck," to get his attention. After nearly a full minute of me politely attempting to get his attention, I told him that he was blocking my driveway. He responded, "can you give me 10 minutes, I'm doing a job here." He didn't even have the courtesy to turn around and address me. That's when I, in not a polite tone, told him I'd be happy to call the police. Then he finally turned around. The exchange can really only be understood by other young women when faced before an older man who has already characterized himself as man of poor character. Upon looking at me, he grinned and said, "I'll move it for ya." I thanked him and sat in my front hall, watching him eventually engage with his customer who had come out of her house. After their conversation in the street was completed, he followed her to her door. I opened mine and said "sir" (not feeling he deserved the title at this point), "I really need you to move your truck." To his minimally deserved credit, he did apologize and trotted back to his vehicle to move it. I thanked him as I headed to my car and he did say, "you're welcome." I can't help but think that he was finally more professional and reasonable because now his customer was within earshot. I don't have need for a pest service thankfully, but if I ever do, Fox Pest Control will not be one I seek out. Clearly there is a pest among this company's employee base both as the individual did not know how to properly engage with women/potential clients and missed the day in training when you're supposed to be taught to conduct yourself with self-respect and respect for others when you're wearing the company uniform and driving the company car.
