We’re treating the property for ticks. I’ve called several times because we’re still seeing them on the dog coming into the house. They retreated the yard once after I called. Their satisfaction guarantee is a joke. They won’t retreat!! In fact, I got a call from Fox yesterday because of a negative comment I left after the last treatment. The representative on the phone scheduled a technician to come today to retreat. I just received a text that the appt was rescheduled until later in the month

Max came to my house today. He came over and rang bell no prior notification given to me. He apologized he said i was just added today. He came over and gave me a time frame to wait of ten minutes to let my dog out to be safe I waited 2 hours. Looking at the notes on his service done it said to wait1 to 2 hours before I could let my dog out. Why did he say only 10 minutes. Amherst exterminators was wonderful! We had a really bad yellow jacket issue in our front lawn and they came out so quickly and had it effectively treated. The yellow jackets were gone within a few days, and they even mentioned if they weren’t, that they would come back and retreat it. Everyone was so incredibly kind and communicative. While I hope I don’t have any more issues, they would be the first people I call should there ever be an issue again.
The elderly vet i take care of had a really bad odor in his home so we reached out to jack. He was quick to get us scheduled to figure out the issue. His son came and looked all around the trailer and in the vents. Then went under and found chunky possum in the insulation!!! 😱 amazing work. Definitely recommend!!!
Marc came out and inspected our space. I appreciated his time and reassurance. Although he didn’t see any signs of pests, I appreciated his knowledge and expertise on prevention. Some pest control companies just treat without inspection AKA a money pit. If I have any issues I’ll be calling Amherst exterminators.
