I can't say enough good things about Mike Simmons! I had a bee problem on the deck of my condo, and he went above and beyond to help me. He called me personally and took the time to explain everything about bees, wasps, nests, bushes, and how nature plays a role in what was happening around my home. What impressed me the most was his patience and willingness to listen. He addressed every one of my concerns and made sure I understood the situation instead of just treating the problem and leaving. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, well-mannered, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. It was a pleasure speaking with him, and his kindness and expertise gave me complete confidence. I have been a customer of Waverly since 2022 when wasps drilled through my walls. I had to have them back in the summer for of 2025 to remove a large yellow jacket nest from my front yard. In 2024, I signed up for the rodent treatment program. I highly recommend doing that if mice enter your home or garage for the winter. I have peace of mind knowing that because of the treatments, the yearly rodent activity has ceased. Every employee that has come to my house has been respectful of my property as they work.

I had a private battle with pantry moths, and they were winning. Upon recommendation I called Waverly. A very respectful, kind man showed up (Mike is his name), listened to my battle weary, tearful story and went to work. He explained the process thoroughly, told me what to expect and was enormously respectful of my home. I really appreciated that the treatment only required me to keep the area clear for an hour and it wasn't harmful to my family or pet. As initially stated, they followed up two weeks later and treated the area again. The post treatment process unfolded exactly as he told me it would. All gone, the battle has been won. And just to note something in particular I like about Waverly is they didn't strong arm me I to signing a recurring service contract. They came, they treated, they conquered and left my home mine again. All for a very reasonable price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mike Robinson, owner, went over and above to come to my home 2 times on his days off to take further care of the problem. I called Waverly pest control. They gave me an appointment. They came out on time looked at the issue that I had possibly regarding carpenter ranch looked at the small amount of damage which was caused by a woodpecker. The technician Mike Simmons was extremely courteous and knowledgeable he sprayed some insecticide in the small area as a precaution. I would highly recommend them if you have any inkling that you have any sort of infestation or a pest problem.

I just received same day service from The Waverly team. Not only were knowledgeable about my bee situation but they handled everything super quickly. The rates were also seemingly reasonable. They also offer a free comeback visit if the problem isn't solved. 10/10 would use them again but I hope I don't have to.

For the first time ever I found several yellow jackets flying around a bedroom window. I immediately started investigating where they were coming from and found an area between the porch and house where they appeared to be going into the house. I called Waverly right away, I had never used them before, and the owner Mike Robinson answered. I found Mike to be a nice guy and he said the earliest he could have someone at my house would be two days later. He also said it has been a very bad season with bees. Frank, also a nice guy, arrived right on time checked the porch then came inside went into a crawl space behind the bedroom and found the biggest yellow jacket nest he has ever seen. He removed it and also treated the back porch area. He did a great job! I found the price to be reasonable and the service excellent. Since then I have talked to friends that have used Waverly and were very satisfied. I highly recommend this company!

Great experience—the exterminator was personable and professional—he answered all questions and concerns, and after two days I saw no more yellowjackets buzzing inside the house or around the gap in the siding where they seemed to be nesting. Would definitely call again if needed! I knew once I saw the Rat Fink hood ornament on the owners’s truck in the commercial, they were the ones to call! 😁

We recently had John complete a termite inspection and monitoring system installation at our house. We couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. They were able to schedule us in right away at a very reasonable price. John did a thorough inspection prior to the installation and answered all of our questions. As first time home buyers, we had concerns and everything was addressed by John. He gave us peace of mind in our new home!
