Caught their driver merging in front of cars when the other lane was open, and dropping salt for no reason on a 60° day. A police report has been made. Dash cam footage submitted.

First I have to say, they do a really great job at what they do. But they get 1 star due to the fact that I have called the office on multiple occasions to ask if they can stay awy from my vehicles with the equipment and yet they don't. STAY AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE!!! How hard can that be. There must be a language barrier or poor instructions from the foreman or just not being told. It's ridiculous. If you value anything you have. Don't hire them.They don't care or listen

If anyone enters into a Contract for snow and Ice make sure you keep track to make sure he is salting like promised. I live in a condo that he maintains they never pre-treated before the storm and they didn't return after the storm to salt. I hope his performance improves for the remainder of the season to prevent people from slipping and causing injuries!!

I am very disappointed with this Company. They have damaged multiple items on my property (e.g., well cap, gate, new lawn, multiple garden hoses, spray nozzles, lights, etc.) and they seem unconcerned. I have reached out to Dylan and his staff multiple times with photos of the damages but it continues to happen. Their attempts to remedy the damages, are poorly administered “band aids” that do not last. Again, I am very disappointed with Aguado Landscaping and regret hiring them to work on my property. I actually plan to take my recent experience with Aguado up with the Better Business Bureau. Dylan has been unresponsive to addressing his staff’s latest round of damages. This is not a way to treat a patient and long time customer.

Your drivers need to watch out for pedestrians one almost hit me with his trailer in front of your company didn’t wait for me to cross even though i was half way across the driveway

The team at aguado landscaping, are professional and and works with me with my schedule highly recommended, Even had a problem with my central air unit, amd Dillon was about to put me in contact with the right people if there was ten stars I'd put it!!!

I set up an appointment, everything was good. The guy called me stating he was going to be a bit late, sure no problem. When he arrived he just stared as us like, umm you good? So i started talking and he seemed to tune me out, i was getting so upset. I finally took him to the backyard and he did not ask any questions. We had an awkward pause and he said okay I will get back to you with a quote in two weeks. I knew right then he was leaving with no intension of getting back to me. Who takes two weeks for a quote for small projects? I even emailed the person who scheduled my appointment. Hopefully, the guy was retrained but there was no follow up from the company. I guess there was another reason behind it.
