Mr. Kin Li is professional, timely, knowledgeable, and thorough. I received a verbal overview after the inspection, and a full, detailed report with recommendations including pictures later the same day, which I was very thankful for as we were working on a super tight timeline. I appreciate having a peace of mind by getting some assurance that there should be no crazy surprises in terms of renovation needs. Mr. Li arrived early for inspection of new home I was purchasing. He was very thorough. He inspected every aspect of house that was possible. He answered every question that I had. He discussed potential issue that may come up with house in future in great detail.

I hired Kin through referral and by far, he is the most thorough home inspector I've met. He was punctual, professional, and provided me with the inspection report within the same day. During the 2+ hour home inspection, he provided a lot of suggestions and recommendations for me to properly upkeep my home. He report he provided was clearly written with attached photos for illustrations. At the end of the report, he included a summary of items that I should consider to repair/replace. I cannot recommend him enough.

Mr Kin Li spent almost 2 hours on the property and checked every single item he saw. He also provided certified termite inspection at no additional cost. He not only discovered issues we could never find out on our own but also explained all the whys and hows. We were well educated through the inspection and felt a lot more confident about our house hunting adventure.
