I had a major flea infestation at my home in Jericho, NY, and after calling several companies, Optimum Pest Control was by far the most professional and reassuring. Diane was my initial contact, and from the first phone call she immediately put me at ease. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done without any pressure or scare tactics. Other companies I contacted tried to use fear and quoted exorbitant prices, but Optimum was honest, reasonable
Alonso was great. So thorough and caring. And went through all areas of the home calmly and supportive. I would suggest laying down towels when pulling out stoves as scratches appeared but that would be my only constructive feedback. He was great. But ask me again in a week to make sure I don’t see that mouse!
Alonso was the best and most efficient technician I’ve ever had. He addressed all my concerns and went above and beyond with service and suggestions for avoiding pests. I highly recommend Optimum and make sure the request Alonso!
