Everyone super nice to deal with in the beginning as they should be charging $695 to put down some mouse traps. I suppose can partly be on me as well. But then comes the extra hit the $70/ month after on autpay (again on me i should have noticed) but nothing done for three months. Then even after i had cancelled i get a billed again today and when i call everyone is busy. So 695+70+70+70 for many mouse traps put down no further assistance. And then still billing after cancelled. Would not

Beyond frustrated with our service. We realized quickly that we had a yellowjack problem when they started coming into our office in serious numbers. This happened over night, my office was invaded . There were hundreds. We called on a Sunday and suburban was very responsive. Before our service guy could get to work , he needed payment. I hired Suburban Exterminating to solve an ant issue in my home. They never did. One year later, I still have ants. They never took me seriously; it took forever to schedule an appointment; they were frequently LATE; & the treatments they used were highly ineffective.
