Very frustrated right now. I have had a contract for several years. I took the contract to cover all issues inside and outside my home. The sales person was very persuasive. Shortly after signing the contract arrow came and took care of a wasp nest. Now a couple years later when I have the same issue they tell me that it’s not covered and that the initial neat removal was a one time thing. That was never communicated to me. Horrible service. Had somebody at the house 3 weeks ago to lay traps, said they’d come back in 2-3 days to check them. A week later we call and are told sorry somebody will be by you in a couple days and gave a day and time. They showed up and said their bait for the traps works better and laid some more. Somebody was scheduled to come yesterday between 8 and 1. We told the last guy that was here that we had a dr appt at 2 and they would have to be here by 1 and he said they would. Yesterday at

I've been giving this company the benefit of the doubt but they continue to fall below delivering on their service. They continue to disregard the fact we are tired of finding dead crickets in our basement. I don't care that they're dead. I don't want them IN MY HOUSE. PERIOD. So the technician can keep saying they're supposed to be dead. Not what I am paying for. I'm paying for my house to be rid of them. This is just one of the many issues I have experienced and I will take my business elsewhe
