I should’ve went with my gut instinct and listened to everyone’s advice that told me not to sign up with Orkin because it’s a total scam. I purchased my first house. I signed up for the Orkin seasonal mosquito package That seemed like a good deal at the time. The tech Travis came out it was a very bad experience they replaced him with Mark. I’ve never left a negative review before, but this experience has been the worst I’ve ever had with a company and people should be aware. Nearly every step of the way there was an issue. The work they told me was essential to seal the home, and nearly doubled the cost of the work, was not done and management told me it was never on the work order, and that coincidentally the sales rep no longer works there so there is no way to prove we ever discussed it. Update: 10-24-23. They were good until their technician quit about a month ago as he kept us informed of everything. Since then zero communication, the customer service people give different answers each time and we were supposed to get a call from the manager 3 times.. never got a single call. Emailed manager and got no response as well. Was supposed to notify us of treatment dates, never did. Replacement technician showed up unannounced with no idea what he was there for. Cancelled servic
