10/2025 Ben of Plainview Pest Control had come to my house to take care of a serious Wasp situation I had in my basement. He was at the house the very same day I spoke to him on the phone. He was friendly and courteous. I also needed him to provide termite treatment which he did a few days later. I was in a bit of a time crunch. This had to be done by the closing date of the sale of my home. Ben was able to perform his services within that timeline. Plainview Pest Control has been my exterminator for several years now. Ben’s team are knowledgeable, friendly, and care about doing a good job. I have always been completely satisfied with their work. Ben also is honest, in that when I thought I had termites and showed him one he told me it wasn’t and that it was nothing to worry about. He could just as easily have sold me an unnecessary termite extermination plan. It’s not often a small business doesn’t push for an up charge. I would highly recommend PPC.
