Not sure about service yet, but boy they're bad with time. Tuesday: first time corrective service scheduled for "Friday between 8 and 10 am. The technician will call you 30 minutes prior to their arrival " Friday 11:30am and nobody's here. Calling them and being told that service window is between 8am and 4pm. Awesome. 12:45 pm technician calls "I'm about 30 minutes away". One hour later - still nobody arrived. And on top of that I might need to leave the house for up to 4 hours. They were sup

That's just one terrible service. We hired them to exterminate ants and they told us that they will arrive on Friday between 8 and 10. When they did not arrive at 10 and later we called them and heard "between 8 and 4". Then the guy called saying "I'll be there in 30 minutes". 1.5 hours later they call saying "guy will not be there in half an hour". No way, Sherlock, we wouldn't know if you did not tell us. As a result we were chained to a house the whole day because they are "short-staffed". I

If over 300 reviews with 5 stars seem too good to be true, it is. Please beware of this pest service, who just care about making money and not backing up their service. I went to them because I wanted to help a local business. A smooth taker named Mark sold us the vole service, and just after 5 days of the last visit from the 4 week service the vole showed up again.
