Jocks Pest Control

Had been a customer for 6 years and called and called and called as Ihad a huge wasp nest. I left voicemail on two different lines with no response. About 2 months had past and heading into fall and someone calls says that my fall spray is due.. like I never had called. I let them know that they no longer had my business. We waited until the end of October and my husband knocked the humongous nest down himself.

I am giving one star because I can’t give 0. I called because we had a squirrel or 2 living in our attic. The space they were inhabiting was in the ceiling above our 3rd floor attic space. I mentioned this when I called, after having great difficulty reaching them during their normal hours of operation. They only placed traps on the ground. When they came back, they claimed we had rats. And put poison out in our basement. The critter in the attic persisted and continued to be an annoyance. After further attempts to call (in one 2 day period I left 4 voice mails) they sent a young kid and his girlfriend who threw a handful of poison out in our attic. 2 weeks later and the critter is still there. Not to mention: if animals do consume this poison and die inside our walls, then what? How do we get rid of that? Are we supposed to live with the smell of rotting animals in our walls? Furthermore: I can hear the squirrel chatter. I have heard squirrel chattering outside and watched squirrels make that sound. Even more so: after a check in the basement where the poison was placed, after several weeks of waiting, there’s no sign of any dead rodents in the basement. None. The poison is untouched. This is after being told it will cost over $400. Today, I placed an ultrasonic device upstairs and am not hearing anything. Moral: do your research. As my mother was always fond of saying: if you want something done right, do it yourself.

Never thought I would have to hire someone to kill a nest of wasps but this was the year. I called Jocks's and got an appointment for the next day. Problem solved!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I really didn't think the price was bad either. I will definitely be a return customer ( hopefully not lol) but I highly recommend this business!!! They do it all!!

Great service and people. We have managed to catch 5 racoons and 1 skunk and Jocks pest control picked them up. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job.

This company just showed up at my house and began spraying without knocking or checking in first. I did not order their services- they had the wrong address and I watched them spray my herb garden. I am pregnant and have small children. What kind of business sprays chemicals on someone's house without checking with the homeowner first to confirm that they have the correct address?

They were great. I've been trying to get a hold of Orkin for ages and they just didn't get back to me. I called Jock's pest control, and they came that day and sprayed. I think they're great!

I'll explain the one star..... You got one star due to one of your employees and he knows who he is! Slanderizing and harassing a 56 year old man in McDonald's parking lot today June 5th. While this man was walking by he had chose words for this man!! I won't post what he said because it's quite rude and vulgar!!!

Guys are great, all pleasant and fast. Got an appointment same week I called.
