Had been a customer for 6 years and called and called and called as Ihad a huge wasp nest. I left voicemail on two different lines with no response. About 2 months had past and heading into fall and someone calls says that my fall spray is due.. like I never had called. I let them know that they no longer had my business. We waited until the end of October and my husband knocked the humongous nest down himself.
I am giving one star because I can’t give 0. I called because we had a squirrel or 2 living in our attic. The space they were inhabiting was in the ceiling above our 3rd floor attic space. I mentioned this when I called, after having great difficulty reaching them during their normal hours of operation. They only placed traps on the ground. When they came back, they claimed we had rats. And put poison out in our basement. The critter in the attic persisted and continued to be an annoyance…
