I had a terrible issue with carpenter bees and yellowjackets last spring. It got so bad my family could barely go outside. USX Pest Control came right away to treat my home. It's been almost a year and I have not seen a carpenter bee or yellowjacket since. USX Pest Control will be my first call for any and all future pest issues!

Finally a company who offers a permanent solution for rodents and wildlife!!! We've gone through so many different companies and we were fed up with still getting mice in our house. We were dealing with a pretty bad mouse problem and didn’t know where to start. USX came out, did a thorough inspection and actually explained how the mice were getting in- Which no other company had bothered to do. We signed up for the recurring treatment plan and the difference has been night and day. Haven’t seen a single mouse sense. Every technician has been professional, on time, and genuinely helpful. If you’re dealing with mice, don’t waste your time calling around – just call USX!

Incredible service from start to finish. Our inspector was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the 'why' behind our pest issues, which was a huge help as new residents to the area. He was also super thorough. Another company came out to inspect and barely looked around. We opted for an aggressive trapping plan with bi-monthly follow-ups, and the results have been great. We haven’t had any mice or seasonal ant issues since. Every technician has been professional and friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Very upset with.USX. I paid a great deal of money for what I thought was going to be sealing of the entire roofline with metal to prevent bats, bees and other bugs from entering my home instead it was partially sealed with metal, partial silicone, and nothing to other areas. The workers who sprayed for the bees etc and placed rodent boxes were very knowledgeable and did a good job. I have also attempted to end my service 3 times since the year as up and am getting billed for service despite my multiple cancellations. I feel like I paid way too much for what I received. Live and learn. I would get multiple quotes and a detailed description of what service they said they would provide before signing a contract for a year. Would not recommend USX.

Not impressed. I got a quote from the office for spraying bees and three months follow up. Them the service rep gave me a quote for around 180.00 and it was good for 30 days. Confusing yes. Got a charge total of 306.00. yeah. Not again with them.

Spam texted me offering services in "my area", refused to answer my question on where they got my information/who they bought my information from, refused to answer my question about where they thought "my area" was. If they can't be forthright about how they spam potential customers, maybe you should be wary about how they answer real concerns you have.

My experience was good during the sales period , but not so good now. The ywere supposed to do a follow up as more nests of Carpenter ants appeared. Supposedly a techniician appeared here . Bur there is no indication of what he did. I called bob (technician) and Tim (sales) and have not had a reply. a secretary sent a report that a the technician visited the site but no follow up activity was reported . nor from Tim would like a reply phil Scalise

The website literally has a form that has you fill out your info and click the giant red button that says "Schedule Inspection". Or call to schedule. So I call and I am told that they don't inspect it, and WILL NOT come inspect, my only suspected issue, but will only schedule a treatment. So who cares what or IF I actually have a problem. Just throw some chemicals there in case? Very odd.
