What a pleasure to use a company that actually delivers what they promise. Previously we could not stay in our back yard more that a few minutes, before the mosquitoes forced us inside. Now we can harvest our backyard tomatoes without rushing, weeding as we go, and enjoying the fresh air. Night and day difference!

We’ve been using this company for 5 years and we have no complaints. Started with just the Spring service then added the mosquito extermination and now we do the package for the year which I think is the best value! The service was good. However, after the exterminator left I noticed rat droppings under the seat cushions in my couch. I would imagine that area needs to be addressed. Can there be a revisit?

Mr. Lindel came to my house which included a very difficult trip. He was pleasant and patient regardless. He found many other areas of rodent egress than the prior pest control person, and overall I found him very effective. I will be asking him back again.

Lindell Spence took care of my wasps nest issue in my front yard bush IMMEDIATELY. I texted Advance Pest Solutions at the wee hours of 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. He responded not much later confirming receipt of my text and said he would connect with me later in the day. He kept his word, called later that afternoon; came to my home to assess the issue, and returned later that evening to remove the nest when there was less activity. Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and great customer service using environmentally-safe products (good for animals) to get the job done. Well done and reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend Advance Pest Solutions.

Have been using Advance Pest Solutions for several years now for our building. They are professional and use various safe treatments/ways to resolve your pest issue. They take their time and really check all areas that need to be treated. Their treatments work. I get lasting results. I appreciate their attention and their pricing is fair. The tenants have even commented on how they see the results. In the past the people I used would just spray and leave with no real long term resolution. I have been very happy with them and will keep using them.

I had a yellow jacket nest somewhere between a wall & a roof shingle. Eventually the bees found their way into our home. I called Advanced Pest Solutions & Lindell came by that same evening. It took a total of 4 visits to finally get rid of the nasty pests but Lindell came by each time with a great attitude, explaining what was happening & what he would be doing, and followed up with me almost every day to check the status of the bees. His initial fee was more than fair, & he did not charge any additional fees for the subsequent visits. He is a true professional & a genuinely nice person. I highly recommend calling APS before looking elsewhere. It is a 5 star organization.

I have when using this company for years. I would not trust anyone else . Lydel is the best !!!! He always comes exactly when he says he will. Spends his time spraying and changing glue boards and making sure everything looks good. He knows about every insect /pest and what works best to prevent them .
