Matt was ahead of schedule (almost 1 1/2 hours) and I missed his arrival even though I got out of work early at 3pm. He tried calling me 3 times, I returned his call after getting out of work for I can't bring my phone inside, and told me he was almost done at the house. When I got home, Matt was gone. I AM 💯 HAPPY WITH THOMAS PEST!! The Valatie Community Board Facebook group overwhelming shouted out Thomas Pest when someone asked for recommendations... I found the reviews in that private group to be very accurate so decided to switch because I became dissatisfied with the company I had been using for the past several years. Jamie was scheduled to be our technician but Rich was the technician who came to the house. The following review is for Rich. Rich was very pleasant and very professional. He arrived during the scheduled time frame. He explained exactly what he was doing. He unfortunately did not have the tools to provide the extraction of the hive due to the location of the hive and the need to remove some sheet rock, so he said that he will contact his supervisor to send someone for the extraction.
