I was honestly freaking out not knowing whether we were dealing with bed bugs, carpet beetles, mites, or something else entirely. It was driving me crazy trying to figure out what was going on. The owner personally spoke with me, reassured me that it would be handled, and walked me through what was most likely happening. They really helped me prepare for treatment before they even started and were incredibly patient throughout the entire process. That made a huge difference compared to another company I had take a look first. When they came out, they were thorough, confident, and respectful of my space. They didn’t leave a mess, and everything felt organized and professional. That alone gave me peace of mind. I’m very happy I found them. Real people who are truly good at what they do. I can’t thank them enough.

I have used the services of Precision Exterminating Services, Inc. over the past few years to have wasp and hornet nests removed from the interior and exterior of my home. Rich and his team give excellent service, and I am always pleased with the outcome. I had to call upon his services again recently because I had a serious wasp infestation inside and outside of my home. It was a nightmare! Rich, and a team member named Charles, had to come to my house three times recently to help get rid these invasive creatures. They are now FINALLY gone. When leaving our front door, we were swarmed by hordes of bees daily. He charged me a fair price and he is always kind, courteous, punctual, and reliable. His prices are commensurate with his service. Rich will always be my go-to person even though I'm really hoping that I never have to endure this un"bee"lievable situation ever again!

Richie and jay are the best. Great customer service and had mice situation and then saw some rats. His prices are very fair and he is way better than all those companies that make you sign up with your credit card He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of pest management. You will not be disappointed!!! My neighbor also used him for a wasp problem and she was very happy

Called these folks because we were inundated with dead bees and wasps through the house. We were vacuuming constantly! They looked and looked patiently for hours and finally they figured it out and in two days magic! No more dead or live insects! And they were pleasant and helpful. Precision, you have a customer for life! Please feel free to use me as a reference anytime!

Rich and Jayson were amazing to work with and extremely professional. They were quick to respond to my yellow jacket nest in my living room ceiling and were very upfront and transparent in what would need to be done to take care of it. They sealed the area they were coming in after having taken out the nest and killed the yellow jackets. They also were able to repair the hole in my ceiling and make it look as though nothing had happened. Most importantly, the yellow jackets never returned. I highly recommend using them if you have any pest issues!

I honestly don’t even know where to start—this team is incredible. Anytime we’ve had an issue at our offices, whether it’s ants, bugs, or even (believe it or not) a snake—they’re the first ones we call. Today, we actually had a snake in the office. I was standing on top of a table in total panic, and they rushed over from another job just to help us out. Not only did they safely remove the snake, but they also sealed the entry point and thoroughly checked the entire space to make sure no other critters were around. They’re always professional, kind, and never give you any attitude—no matter the situation.

Dave did a wonderful job getting rid of my mice problem always with a smile on his face.

These guys are are rip off. They used 95% water to exterminate bed bugs from my property. When I confronted them about it they literally threatened to hurt me. Don’t use these terrible people

I can't recommend Precision Exterminating Services enough! David helped me tackle a mouse problem in my apartment, and his professionalism really stood out. David was super nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I also have a dog, and David was very considerate of that—he made sure all the traps and bait were placed in a way that kept my pup safe.

David has been treating my apartment and he does excellent work. David is a true asset to this company. He is so considerate, kind, and great to work with. Precision has kept the pests at bay and provided me with great peace of mind.

Ever since my building hired Precision to come regularly to take care of the common areas as well as apartments (as requested by residents), things have never been better. David is beyond thorough in his work to make sure that everything stays good, and is incredibly knowledgeable about how to remain pest-free. He's also the nicest guy!

I’ve been using Precision Exterminating for a few years and am more than satisfied with their service. Rich and Charlie are professional and responsive. Their expertise, customer service and quick response makes me a customer for life!

Richard and his crew are amazing. Went above and beyond with additional services related to wasp treatment. I have used his team twice now over a one year period in treating wasps at different areas of my house. They are friendly, professional and reasonable when it comes to pricing. On both occasions he came within 24 hours of the original call. I would highly recommend their services for anyone in need.

My landlord called them in to do the bare minimum. Didn't even treat correctly for the correct breed of insect.

I would not use precision services or Rich for any infestation. Service is slow and they did not address any of the problems I had. Also customer service is sub par.

Do not use Rich from Precision Exterminating. Precision has the contract to exterminate in the building I live in in NYC. I hired him to treat a moth infestation in my apt 6 months ago thinking his association with the building would make the process easier. I was wrong. It took Rich 8 visits and 1 fogging to mostly fix the issue in my apt. For every visit, I had to leave my apartment during the work day for a few hours. He never found the source of the moths within my apt and acknowledged I was diligent about storing and dry cleaning all of my belongings and wrapping them in plastic. During this time he also told me not to put pheromone traps in my apt because he believed the traps were pulling moths into my apt from elsewhere (like the hallway). That made sense, considering all of my closets and drawers were empty and I had been seeing moths on the walls in the hall. Those sightings were reported to management and to Rich. After my apt was fogged, I placed two pheromone traps in the building hallway to make sure the problem was gone so that I could unpack my apt and not worry about re-infestation. The hallway traps were immediately filled with moths (more than I had ever had in my apt). I began taking pictures of the moths that I saw on the walls in the hallway. These were all reported to building management and to Rich, as well. (I have documentation of over 40 moths in the hallway). The building and Rich have denied there is any activity in the hallway despite these pictures and reports and even witnessing moths in the hallway when present and say the hall does not need to be treated. They say the moths are being pulled into the hallway from somewhere else (but they were pulled into my apt from the hallway!?). Rich inspected the apartments across the hall and he and the building claim to have eradicated an infestation in one of those apartments. Yet, moths are still present in the halls. This is problematic bc having moths just outside my front door means my apartment will just be reinfested. 1) If evidence of moths in traps and on the walls is not indicative of an infestation, then why did Rich take my money and treat my apartment after seeing fewer moths in it than he did in the hallway? 2) Building mgmt told me that Rich and my super placed mothballs in the hallway without notifying tenants on the hall and replaced my pheromone traps with mouse traps. Yes, this is true despite how insane it sounds. Why would they do that if no moths are there? 3) Mgmt also told me Rich says a fogger cannot be used in the hallway due to potential side effects for those with asthma. I have severe asthma. He never asked me and warned me of the health risks before fogging my apt. 4) If Rich eradicated the infestation in my apt, and the one in the apt across the hall, but there are still moths being caught in traps, then is Rich qualified to treat for moths when for 6 months he has been unable to locate the source and fix the problem? My initial take was that mgmt was throwing Rich under the bus with these allegations and using him as a scapegoat, but I asked Rich all of these questions to give him an opportunity to confirm or deny but he will not even acknowledge them, despite the fact that, I too, am a customer who paid him close to $1,000 for his services. Rich’s lack of acknowledgment of the moth problem in the hallway means that the building will not eradicate the moth infestation clearly present. As a result, I am still living with all of my belongings wrapped in plastic 6 months later, with no end in site and am getting residual moths in my apt from the hallway. Rich is clearly on the side of Goliath when it comes to treating customers fairly and with integrity.
