Multi-pest as a subcontractor to a large extermination company, provided services to remove vermin running around in our attic. We had two large companies initially inspected the problem and ultimately misidentified what the source of the issue was, because they failed to access hard to get to places to inspect. Ernesto, as manager and owner of Multi-pest, got down on his hands and knees in the attic as well as the surrounding area around the house and crawled around and found the source of the problem: Squirrels not mice as identified by the other companies. It was squirrels as I originally suggested. He and his team also found other issues which will need to be taken care of. Ernest has vast experience and has access to a network of biology researchers in the New York area that can provide technical backup when needed for more detailed, identification and eradication. Multi-pest provides comprehensive, professional, full service to solve all problems in a timely manner. They were particularly careful inside, wearing plastic shoe coverings and at the end, cleaned up extremely well.
