Very Thorough and very professional 10/10

Mr. Miguel and Mr.Josiah were previously here three months ago. And my family has not seen more than 4 roaches over the past 3 months. This modern roach elimination technique is remarkable. Clean and safe for tenants. The exterminator came again today and repeated the process. My family are grateful for the service. Two gentleman, Mr. Miguel and Mr. Joshua introduced themselves and explained the process, then commenced to work. Thank you LTD Management. I hired Jose Barrios from Joroba pest control to handle a yellow jackets nest inside the siding of the house (very tricky spot) I contacted him in the morning and in the afternoon the problem was solved! 100% recommend!

What a fantastic company - I called about a yellow jacket nest that I knew developed in my backyard & was getting worse. Jose said he could be here in 10 mins & gave me a price lower than anyone else I called. Jose showed up with a smile and professionally removed everything & told me to wait 2-3 days & any problems after that call back but it should be taken care of since I saw what he took out - and boy, am I glad I called! Really amazing work. Jose is a great guy. Went above and beyond for us. He did exactly what we needed, I had wasps in my ceiling and he killed them without damaging my property. I will call him again if I need help in the future.
