Scott is amazing and he is the only person I would recommend for dealing with bed bugs. He brings the perfect combination of deep professional knowledge and services alongside personal direct support. Unlike other companies, he takes a custom approach to each situation and was literally available 24/7 throughout the process. He is a pleasure to work with and I literally have him saved in my phone as "Scott Bed Bug Knight" as he came and saved the day. Since he is so effective I expect to only need that contact to share with others in need as our situation is fully resolved and we are 100% pest free.

scott was great when we thought we had bugs. he was very available on the phone and walked us through where to look, what to look for, etc. when scott came to the house, he walked around looking through all possible locations (finding none, luckily) and explained where he would spray to ensure any bugs that may make their way into the home in the future would come in contact and die before any issues could arise. the peace of mind scott offers by his willingness to talk you through the initial panic is invaluable and I couldn't recommend him enough to anyone going through this very stressful experience.

Who do you call if you have or think you have bed bugs? You call Scott. My wife and I made an unfortunate discovery one day when we found out we had bed bugs. We were devastated and emotionally stressed out because of this. We wished Scott was the first person we called but as luck would have it, he was not. The first company we called was horrible. They were not compassionate, they were not professional, they did not express any sympathy for our situation. They did not spend time talking to us. Scott, on the other hand, did all those things and he was the exterminator we needed. Scott was compassionate and understood our situation and how we were feeling emotionally. He spent a long time explaining the process to us, teaching and educating us about bed bugs and most of all he was patient with us. Having bed bugs is no joke and it takes a huge emotional toll on an individual. It disrupts your life greatly.
