Took off work, waited from 12-545 and no one ever showed up. Zero communication. Updated: Nell was fantastic and the call center schedulers are the ones that messed up. Honestly couldn’t ask for better service from the technician when he came out. I think maybe the call centers need more training or let the technicians work their schedule. Thanks Nell!!

My tenant reported an infestation of bedbugs or fleas biting her, and I immediately called the first company I found querying Google Maps for the first inspection of the building after I took ownership a year ago. On Sunday afternoon, I was able to schedule with a single phone conversation for Monday afternoon! David called me about 3 hours early to let me know that he would call me with 15 minutes notice of his arrival within less than an hour of my appointment time (3 pm). I reviewed that my co-owner/resident on the 1st floor did not want chemical treatments, and the tenant across the hall on the 2nd floor from the tenant reporting the issue had lived in the building for 4 years and could provide a recent history of the building infestations. When David arrived, he very respectfully addressed the 1st floor owner-resident's concern about potential treatment plans, and then fortunately found no evidence of any need for treatment! On the second floor, David discussed the history with the one tenant, and found some evidence of roaches and mice as expected, but no bedbugs or fleas, and he carefully reviewed with me as a new landlord the NY law that requires a certified individual apply any controlled chemical remedies (notwithstanding homeowners can DIY). Absent evidence of fleas or bedbugs to explain the original tenant report, I took the tenant to a doctor who identified that my tenant suffered from a recognized medical condition that causes the sensation consistent with microscopic bugs crawling and biting, rather than actual bugs. Now I will be receiving a treatment proposal for the cockroaches and mice!

Ehrlich is by far the best pest control service I’ve ever used! I’ve tried other companies in the past, but none of them come close to the results I get with Ehrlich. Everyone on their team is incredibly friendly, and the technicians always take the time to explain what they’re doing and ask if I’ve noticed any specific issues around the house. I highly recommend them!

I would not recommend this company. They took a large amount of money from us and did nothing to fix the bee infestation that I called about. They came out and “treated” the spot where bees have been living in the side of our house. It did nothing to get rid of the bees. So I called again and they came out and did the same thing. And what they did is exactly what I had told them I already did repeatedly but they are obviously too deep in there for that to work, so of course the bees still remained yet again. I called a third time while still inside the “30 day warranty,” and they told me me the next available appointment date was a couple weeks out, so I said that would be outside of the 30 days, and the lady told me she was submitting a “request” and someone would call me back. No one ever even called me back so the 30 days came and went, and now we are out almost $400 and the bee infestation is still here in the same spot, as bad as it was before this company came. My dog is highly allergic and I have a 5 year old child. These bees are causing severe distress and disturbance in our lives. Bottom line, this company ripped us off. I am extremely disappointed. I would never recommend them. I only gave them one star because I could not post the review without doing so.
