Great pest control programs. You get what you pay for. We live near water and have had zero pest problems since starting with them. When on rare occasion we have it’s a phone call and they nip it in the bud. Techs are very respectful & with two full time jobs out of the house they make it super convenient to not have to be home when they come. Love the service.

I always like turning to smaller/family businesses rather than big companies for things and All Pest of Syracuse did not disappoint. Ray and his team were helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Good friends recommended them and I’m glad they did! We have been tormented every fall for years with mice and thought we had it under control but something changed this year and we needed help! Ray came for a free estimate and explained the process. We agreed to service that first visit and are finally mouse free! So grateful I made the call!

Every time I have called All Pest, they have called me back within 12 hours and taken care of the problem within several days. They always ask if it is an emergency, which, thankfully, I have never had as they would come out promptly. They call me to let me know when they will be taking care of the wasps and the tech calls before he gets there. They are professional and make sure there is no further activity before they leave the premises. Their prices are very reasonable and Kelly and Kim are amazing!! I pay a small fee that covers me for the year. Thank you for always keeping me and my family safe from these pests!

It's rare to find a service provider who excels at every point of contact. All Pest knocked it out of the park on all fronts, from gathering information to booking to service. Every team member was engaged, diligent, knowledgeable, and very courteous and kind. Any concerns I had about toxicity for family and pets were put to rest, and the treatments have been highly effective--and at a good price, too. Highly recommend!

Trash. Sent uneducated sales kid up a private drive on a scooter?? Zero education about native species. Just a tablet with pictures of spiders. The sales kid actually lied and said he’d have caustic agents onsite the following day. He said he sold to me neighbors that he called out by name. Lies. That’s a sales manager. A garbage one. I would strongly advise against this business. I put a call in, requesting a call back. I bet they don’t. Their sales tactics, baseless as they are, are damage enough. They work from a franchising handbook. It’s garbage. The company is garbage. Their tactics are to trick you. They are sales. Their sellers are untrained. They will lie. I’ve worn boots for 20 years. The owner should be ashamed.
