Brandon arrived and rang our bell and spoke to my wife. She had asked Brandon to spray in our basement and check some of the mouse traps that were in place. He advised us that all of the traps inside and outside the house had no activity which was good news. Brandon addressed all of our needs and questions and did everything we asked of him. He represents your company well.

Kherl was very excellent he explained all my issues taught me about bug infestation and everything i told him about our problems he gave me solutions I really loved the experience he was very kind and he didn’t give me any run around with things very respectful young man and the information he gave me really helped thank you !!!!!!!!
Customer service was disappointing. However the technician was very knowledgeable about the process and expected results that should be visible within a certain period after the treatment. Khalif did an excellent job.

Beware this company will treat you like a sucker if you let them. The guy showed up for 6 minutes, didn’t even step foot into the backyard and tried to pass it off as a full spray. Must have not known I had a ring camera. The regional manager blew off my call and just rebooked, no apology, no refund.

They set spring traps & poison box traps & that’s it for mice removal. And charge us $78/month for something we could have done ourselves for $5! Don’t waste your $!

Really bad service. They just wasted time and money. In the beginning they were really good but when you get in the agreement, no body care you. And even not taking your call. I am really disappointed.

Pushy, aggressive and predatory door-to-door sales tactics, poor customer service that reads from a script and unreasonable cancellation fees. Truly egregious and everything that is wrong with doing business in this country these days.

Can’t speak on there services but one of their drivers was excessively speeding down a residential road in West Islip. Easily going 50mph in in 20mph school zone just now. 6/20/2025 @ 7:30pm
They provide great service the first time. Then they take advantage of your reoccurring bill. They damaged my window with the pesticides they used, they didn’t complete service but billed they did. I’m actually jealous so many people had such great service. They could care less about this account. Update; they send a great guy, they assess property damage (they sprayed chemicals on the windows and doors and this damaged a window beyond repair) and then go radio silent. DONE

We just moved to a new neighborhood . Salesman knock on the door made a sales pitch. After first service, they are still ant and Mosquitoes hornets around the house. We contact the salesman got no reply. Contact office made the complaint. We want to cancel the service. Here’s a catch even though they say you can get your money back if you’re not satisfied within three days, but you have to pay them back the discount they gave you you pay $470 for their one time service so they will never lose, what a nice catch. I wonder how they get five stars from everyone

This is the worst pest control company I have ever encountered. It's a company that charges money but doesn't do anything. We paid the first quarter's fee, and they promised to come back for a second time within 3 months if the first pest control treatment was not effective. However, after we called them several times to ask for second service, they didn't send any workers to spray for insects again. Therefore, we cancelled the service. But after we cancelled the service and no workers came to spray for insects, they still sent us a text message notifying us to pay for the next quarter and said we owe their money for the next quarter. That’s so ridiculous, they didn’t provide any services they just want money

Buyer beware. Took out a service agreement with this company, they present it to you as if it's a monthly service. Only to find out is quarterly. Pure deception and misrepresented. Why bill me monthly if I'm not getting a service monthly. In addition, communication before I took out the agreement was instant. Since I signed it's falled off a cliff. I have not heard replies to many texts I sent weeks ago and now can only get hold of them if I call. I will be taking my business elsewhere asap In response to Krystals message below the employee she said is not with her year around is still with her till September as she confirmed on the phone with me today. Which totally negates the point she's trying to make

Had a rep randomly show up at my house. Usually I don't do business with someone who shows up like this but I needed wasp treated on my son's playground. He said I could sign up and if I wasn't happy or for any reason wanted to cancel I could. I paid 2 months. I only saw someone on the first session that day. So I try to cancel and I am given the run around and was hung up on when I disputed the "you signed up for a 12 month contract". The best part is I talked to the original guy on my nest camera and saved it for this reason.
