If ZERO was a rating that's what it would be. We contracted with Active and they just bullshit the customer. During the winter Active attempted to enter my rear yard after it snowed. The gate was left open by their tech and the wind wound up destroying my gate and post. I have all this on camera and sent Aptive 2 separate proposals. I fixed my fence at the cost of $1200.00 and all I get is excuses and "Patrick will call you back in an hour". This company should be ashamed of themselves how

Matt who is a supervisor at this location told me I wouldn't get charged a cancellation fee when i was ready to move out of state. I explained i was only interested in tick spray for 4 months and I explained I wasn't comfortable signing a 2 year contract but he assured me he would take care of the $200 fee and to call him directly with his personal cell phone..well now i'm ready to move out and he doesn't answer! left messages and text messages- nothing. seems like he talked me into the contract

Again let me tell you. My last appointment the man was here 15 tops. Maybe. And you want to charge me $195. The original salesman told me "don't worry we'll take care of carpenter bees". So this serviceman would not spray, not because they were bees but because "he may get the spray on him". My first service guy sprayed that same area the first time no problem. Now the new problem.
