Just called as we have a loose goose on our block. Called twice and second time Bill answered I mentioned the reason for my call and he proceeded to say “yeah now’s not a good time just leave a message” when he could’ve at least provided a “Google and call this number since he was already on the phone with me” why bother answering to say nothing helpful. Not like there’s a clear informational post about what else to do.

We sometimes get complaints & calls from their customers from our competition as LONG ISLAND GEESE CONTROL & GEESE CHASERS LONG ISLAND are very similar names. I would really appreciate it if you could delete this review as we have had 5-stars for over 12 years on Google. Also, if you are still having an issue with the loose goose, please call my cell phone directly, 609-410-5880. I have a few local Volunteer Groups that I can reference you to if the goose is injured. Please call me and I will do my best to help you. I am very sorry you had a bad experience with Bill and unfortunately, I am not surprised based on other complaints I have received over the years. My family and I had a serious goose problem as we are near the river on the north shore of Long Island. We tried every store bought item that promised to scare them away and rid our yard of them . NOTHING actually worked. At our wits end,with goose droppings everywhere, we researched the web a little more and found someone who recommended Goose Chasers. Mike was great , pricing was reasonable , and he started that day! Twice a day they came with their dog and within a week, we were down to two stubborn geese. Within another week or two, even they moved on! We have been geese free for weeks and are finally able to enjoy our property! I love that this is done in a humane way and no animals harmed. Everyone who works for Mike is friendly and so are their awesome dogs! Sooooo happy we found him! Thank you Mike!

We had a problem with geese nesting and laying eggs in a pond near our home. Mike was very responsive after a call, arrived quickly and took care of the problem. The geese returned, and he was able to inform us about how to interpret their behavior, and the warning signs of re-nesting, and was available to return if the geese once again nested.

They are always available and very responsive to our needs. Geese are a problem in the area but not for us anymore because of Geese Chasers Long Island, NY.I would highly recommend them and their service to anyone with a geese problem.
