Incredible service. I couldn't spend more than a half hour in my backyard last summer. This year me and my kids were able to be out there all day. Joe communicates well when he is doing the service. I was on the fence about using a mosquito spraying service this year. I’m so glad I did and so glad I went with Cross Island. What a difference from last season. My family and I were able to enjoy our backyard for once! I was so impressed with Joe that I even had him aerate and reseed my yard this fall and that came out great too! Our property was loaded with spotted lantern fly babies. Hundreds and hundreds of them! Our problem was taken care of in just one visit. We are very satisfied with Cross Island Mosquito and Tick. Joe came to our house and listened to all of our concerns about Chemicals with our children, our pets, the bees, and the environment, and was very receptive to offering us different options. He was very safe and his prices were very reasonable. He even worked around my schedule and offered to come when the sun went down so that the bees would no longer be flying around and he wouldn’t harm them. He checked in with me several times after his service and in one treatment we were good to go. I will 100% be using him again to make sure they don’t come back again. Used Cross Island multiple times for mosquito control. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Aside from my mosquito issue he gave me great advice on how to deal with an aphid problem I’m having in my vegetable garden. Used them for the first time this year and had no mosquitoes or ticks. What I like is that they have an organic option. That is important because we have pets and just better overall for the environment. Joe is a very knowledgeable and always on time. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend.

We used Cross island initially for my mosquito issue in the yard. Joe was easy to talk to and located a water issue that they were breeding in. We used him for the season and the mosquito issue is gone. This fall Joe aerated and over seeded my lawn and got it back to looking great.
