Great Lakes Exterminating

They hung up on me while trying to set up an appointment. - I called the number on their site this morning and the person answering the phone only said "Hello?" I wondered if maybe I misdialed, and asked if this was the exterminator, and they said "Yea." I said ok, I have a home in Buffalo that might have mice. Then I just hear a sigh and the phone disconnects. According to their site I was calling during their business hours. I'm not sure why they were so unprofessional.

I called for yellow jacket extermination at 9 am and the problem was treated within 2 hours. Both Frank and Vinny were professional and pleasant to deal with. Additionally, there prices are much more reasonable than other exterminators. They are the model every business should seek to emulate.

I used Great Lakes Exterminating for wasp extermination, getting in through the frame of my front picture window. A gentleman by the name of Vinny answered my call, was friendly, courteous and asked the owner to come out to take care of my wasp problem. Frank, the owner was here promptly, was courteous and efficient. He explained how he was going to get rid of the wasps, which had probably made a nest somewhere inside my window frame. He went over and above the service I needed and when he left, I never saw another wasp. He explained the warranty. I would not hesitate to to recommend this efficient and caring company to my friends and neighbors. Excellent company.

The owner is so knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. They took the time to make sure they did the job right. Very happy!

Frank and his wife Christina received services at another small local business and after that got what they needed, they disputed the charges so they could get their work for free which was over $3500. Why would you use their business knowing they are scam artists. Save your $ and go elsewhere.

I would not do business with Frank he’s a very dishonest person.Had services done at my business and did not pay,on top of that committed fraud by.I would not do business with this company!!!
