This is a terrible service. They guarantee bat extermination for a year but when bats returned they are company that is a nightmare to deal with. When I reported return someone did come to verify. After that I took multiple phone calls to get them to my home. The did come out on scheduled appointments. When they finally came out to place the device to allow bats to leave and not be able to return that became the next nightmare. Again, several times they did not show up for scheduled appointme

Ehlric recently acquired another company and the merge has led to terrible customer service and billing. The techs that come out are professional and great but specifically billing is a nightmare. First I got a quote and texts from the sales guy in writing which they refused to honor the discounts. Then we paid all of our bills and cancelled after many run around to get the original services we contracted for. Spoiler warning they didn't even sign us up properly for what the official quote said

I had called about getting yellow jackets removed as I’ve used this company in the past. Was told they’d send out a tech within a few days. It wasn’t a tech, just a person to sign paperwork. Then they sent a tech a week later. She sprayed and said she’d be back in two weeks. So this takes us to 9/17/24 and we still have yellow jackets and no respray. I called company and they didn’t have a record of a revisit. Finally they said they’d call us back to give us appointment. Waited, nothing next day
