Augustin from LXS was very courteous and did a fantastic job destroying large, hard-to-reach wasp nest in attic of my cottage. The office was timely in responding to my message and the situation was addressed a day later! I will certainly use this company again. FOLLOWING 2 VISITS in Summer and Autumn 2025: Xavier was extremely diligent tackling wasps and Augustin baited rodent bait boxes skillfully in hard-to-reach spots. Love these guys!

We hired LXS pest control because we were using a Mchale who were not cutting it. Sophia the owner came the first time and she was exactly what we needed a "small" company that was focused on customer service and we bought a package and everything was good for about 2 years. Then we noticed Sophia wasn't coming and the technicians would do an incomplete and would use products that we asked them not to use. To be fair, they would always address every issue we would have however we are now in a position where we have to check their work and have to call them to come back. I would have to call to have them come back and there was an obvious difference in the service. I kindly addressed concerns w the owner Sophia and she informed me that she was recovering from back surgery and she was in no condition to handle our concerns directly. That would explain why Sophia (who was the best) hasn't been back in years. I remember her saying "if you're not happy then don't use us ". We continue to use her and I have recommended her to at least 2-3 local families. I'm a loyal customer and I don't want to stop using her because in the beginning she was amazing and I have hopes that she'll get her company back on track but it's frustrating to have to call them and check their work repeatedly.

Speaking for Westchester Heritage Hills, Condo 25, as Treasurer, LXS Pest Control has been our exterminator of choice, for over 10 years. They are responsive and timely, prices are always good and fair. They also don't stop until the problem is solved. And they guarantee their work. They exterminated mice in my home, and were totally mindful of the tools they used to be sure they did not hurt my cats. We won't use anyone else!

Sophia was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. She took the time to teach us where the mice were getting in, answered our many questions, explained our options, and even told us what we could do ourselves to save money. Sophia did not try to push a service plan on us as many bigger companies do; she was really interested in helping us solve the problem. This was by far, the best experience I have had with a service provider in a long time. It actually felt good paying this bill because I am supporting a local business and, I got quality service.

Pathetic company masquerading as a “small business”. I’ve had 2 indirect experiences with them so far and both people have immensely regretted hiring LXS. And before this poor excuse for a business replies under here with their “pLeaSe reMoVe tHis pOst!”, i’d like to say that the people I mentioned have told me to leave this review, and that LXS should not be in business. Edit: they responded. Watch out for these guys 🤡

I do not recommend this company at all. Horrible people, horrible business practices. Shady company!

LXS Pest Control of Westchester County, NY is not a reputable company. When called to do an extermination job, you make the people aware of the fact that you are going to exterminate the area and make sure the windows are all closed. You don't just start spraying the extermination fluid; which is poisonous to animals, children and adults, into and around opened windows. This action is not acceptable by any means and could be deadly to say the least. 👎👎👎👎

Professional. Punctual. Thorough. Their team offered a $10 solution to my problem, and did not charge me for the advice or the inspection. You just don’t get service like this anymore! Thank you guys!!

They are a pleasure to deal with. Monthly they come as planned or requested for outdoor tick and flea prevention. Gives us a monthly added sense of security in this wooded area, as well as, on the lawn and patio. Most pleasant on site. Communicate and make payments easily with them through LXS portal.
