We’ve been using Fox Pest Control services for the last few months and have definitely noticed a difference in our yard. We have monthly service but can also get additional treatments at any time at no additional cost. Our technician, Darrel, has been incredibly helpful and responsive. He is very communicative and takes time to check-in during his visits to take note of any areas of the property that need extra attention. I definitely recommend their services and if you end up with Darrel as your technician you’ll have a great experience!

Alex appeared on time, appeared to know what he was doing and explained things clearly. We agreed he would contact me and make an appointment to return in one month (December) to check/renew the baits inside the house. He DID NOT tell me the paper he had me sign as he left was a contract! I assumed it was a receipt. I am pretty sure he thought it had been explained to me by Andrew and Brandon because I told him I had satisfactory talk with them. But this did not happen. I spoke to Maddy in the Utah office, and this contract is voided--we will define a new deal. None of this is Alex's problem. I look forward to seeing him for indoor service in early December 2025.

I ran into two sales people knocking on doors in my neighborhood and a week later at my parents house. Very aggressive sales tactics. Same pitch from both sales people "most of your neighbors are signing up". When I told them I already had a pest control contract they told me they would cancel for me. Didn't get a good vibe from both encounters.

So far I am very satisfied with this company and my technician, Dave. For his first visit, he was friendly, competent and thorough and took the extra time to explain the extermination process to me. I am hoping when he returns next week for the second visit, that the pest problem is eradicated.
