They started out real good. But having to call and or text without response NOT professional and acceptable. I know they are busy and can't find help not my problem a simple response would have been enough. I don't recommend TLC just for lack of attentive and rude.

Apparently this business closed. Had scheduled appointment for our home pest control and they forgot it. Then said they're coming out, but never did and didn't call or answer calls after leaving messages. We waited 4 hours when we had other things to do. A year ago they were very reliable, but not now.
