I called Inagrated Pest Management to help me with an ant problem. They got back to me quickly and scheduled a service within the week. The follow-up service was excellent—they were able to schedule appointments on days that worked for me and kept me updated about any delays or changes. The technician who came out was very friendly, explained the entire process, and let me know what to expect. He was respectful, thorough, and took his time. Nathan was knowledgeable, professional, and the nicest guy you could meet. The price is fair, and he does a second follow up treatment in a couple of weeks to wipe out the sugar ants. I can recommend Inagrated without hesitation.

We had slight headaches after we entered the house, after the prescribed time that you gave me. Everyday there more dead bugs appearing on door entrances and windows, a few live ones are yet appearing, not many more. More of the live ones are getting in the house. Poco, a poco eh.

I called, left a message and still have not received a call back.

Nathan over promises and under delivers. He promises to remediate the problem then backs out. We had rodents in our insulation and he stated he could fix it. He sent a bid to our insurance which didn't have anything broken down. He missed follow up appointments and then stated he didn't want to do the job. He didn't even call me, I had to call him. This is after we got a "guarantee" on his work. If you want to spend hundreds of dollars for some poison, call them. He's great at talking, but lousy with execution. If you want a comprehensive solution with follow up, call someone else
